Get High With Better Inhalation Techniques

A while back, while reading about the people of Laos I came across a method of smoking used by the opium smokers there that maximizes the absorption of alkaloids to produce a rush. It involves a deep inhalation that is then forced to the top of the lungs by drawing in the diaphragm and stomach. By forcing the smoke into this part of the lungs, absorption is increased, because as you are aware, there are more open blood vessels, and absorption occurs more rapidly there. I have noticed that most people do not know how to smoke properly and I know this method is very effective. I have also improved on it a bit with the addition of a sort of yogic exhalation. After inhaling and forcing the smoke to the upper lungs, when it comes time to exhale, you should pucker your lips as if whistling, in order to limit space for air flow. Next, exhale in short, forceful bursts while somewhat restricting the airflow. This serves to force the sought after chemicals through the thin membrane walls of the lung that lead blood straight to and from the heart. I advise that people use this technique often but with caution, because it has been deemed quite effective and there are some substances that work well enough without the super absorption made possible with these techniques.

Recently I started doing some research on herbs used in Ayurvedic medicine, the traditional medicine system of India. While researching, I came across an article which said that the herb Gotu Kola was the best herb to cleanse hallucinogens and the toxins produced by smoking marijuana from the liver and brain.
I always get much better trips (and higher on weed) when my mind is clear, which is one of the reasons why I am taking Gotu Kola right now.

Planting by the Moon

If you plant a garden or any fun plants, you may like to plant them at the most convenient time to you. But the truth is rare seeds are valuable and you need to give them the best chance you can to germinate well.
Based on my experience since 1983, I HIGHly recommend planting by the phase of the moon! The Old Farmers Almanac is one source of these dates. But I basically plant on the day of the New Moon or up to 5 days after it. There's some kinda clock inside a seed and its synched with the Moon.
There are dates for transplanting too, as well as what's the best day to mow your yard or fields. I've mowed my orchard and fields since 83 by the “killing day” and its killed off all weeds and root sucker trees. My neighbours use chemicals or spot burn to remove unwanted brush and tree suckers in there fields. It really works!
Extraction Tips

An excellent piece of kit for soaking dried plant material in solvent is a one gallon (5 liter) glass bottle known as a demijohn. They will hold about a kilo of plant plus solvent. Used for brewing, they are very cheap and are available from wine and beer making supply stores. Don't forget to buy a rubber stopper and a long brush to clean them out after use. |
