(5). AFTER THE WATER AND PULP HAVE REJOINED THEN YOU CAN INCREASE THE AMOUNT OF HEAT TO THE BOIL SO IT WILL BOIL CONTINOUSLY BUT NOT RISE OVER THE PAN ONTO THE STOVE. Now this next image shows you how the mixture is starting to remix and boil down. (fig. 20).
