All three Wychwood brews that I've been able to find were good, but Hobgoblin Draught is divine. I've only found it in one place, and I don't like eating there that much, but the beer selection is great.

Currently Woodchuck: Limited edition Fall Cider (technically not beer). This stuff is amazing tastes like apples and maple or brown sugar... I can't quite pin it but its awesome regardless.

I'm already ahead of you. I went down to a local brewing store and bought some yeast nutrient, pectic enzyme, and some wine yeast. I also picked up a stopper and airlock. So now I am just gonna buy a gallon of apple juice and get it started.

enjoy...just use pasteurized juice with no preservatives...you'll be fine....that plus yeast (no heat required) will get you started.

Chimay Blue last night. I was in heaven. I can't even begin to describe how awesome this beer was. Think $4-5 is too much for one beer........ not after you try this one.
