Posting Guidelines for Vendors - 9th March 2004, 04:13 PM

In order to post product announcements in this forum, you must have your own web site on which to arrange any transactions and DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT ARRANGING ANY TRANSACTIONS THROUGH THIS SITE. You must include a link to your web store with your post. Clickable links have been disabled for signatures at the present time.

All vendors should visit our Information for Vendors pages before posting. These pages outline how to submit your link to our Link Directory, general guidelines for posting as a vendor in the forums, and ideas for promoting your site through content contributions. I'll thank you in advance for taking a few minutes to stop in there.

As a convenient quick-reference, this post contains a copy of our Vendor posting guidelines. You are still encouraged to visit the Information for Vendors pages, as they contain additional information that will help you get the most from this site.

Vendor posting guidelines

Because you are also a member, you may post as would any other member in the forums. Please observe the following vendor guidelines though:

We maintain a Vendor's Forum where vendors can post product announcements, sales promotions, and generally discuss any products or problems with our members. Be sure that when you make a post relating to your business or your products, its in the Vendor's Forum.

Do NOT post graphical banners or logos in ANY FORUM. You may, however, include the text of your site's url in your signature USING THE DEFAULT FONT, FONT COLOR, AND FONT SIZE, so long as no specific products are mentioned in your signature.

Do NOT post for the sole purpose of topping ('bumping') your topic.

You may announce any product that is legally offered for sale on your company's website; you may NOT announce products for any third-party vendor(/s). (No affiliate links)

Any vendor that posts at the forums does so at their own risk of inviting criticism to their products and/or their marketing methods. Do NOT cry to me if someone claims your products are defective, or if someone criticizes your marketing techniques. I will NOT delete responsibly expressed opinions and every member here has a right to voice them.

Do NOT make direct references to psychoactivity in the Vendors Forum. The other forums exist to discuss entheogen theory.

We reserve the right remove any post, topic, or product announcement which, at our sole discretion, we feel that some members here might find offensive or in poor taste.

Thank you; if you have any questions, feel free to ask.

It's the question that drives us.

In order to qualify as a Vendor, and in order to make product announcements, you must have your own functional web site on which to conduct any transactions, and the link to your site must be readily available to members. No transactions may be arranged using this site. Thanks!

Water pipes - 27th March 2009, 08:58 AM

I am thinking about buying some wholesale water pipes from this company in China http://www.liangdianup.com/tobacciana_z.htm
but I am not sure if they are legal to bring in to the states? What are the laws on water pipes, bongs, and pipes?
