Acceptance of Terms:

First off:

• IF YOU ARE NOT EIGHTEEN YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, THEN PLEASE LEAVE!
  
  
• Registration for use of the forums is completely free.
  
  
• YOU ARE SPECIFICALLY URGED NOT TO BREAK ANY LAWS.
  
  
• Admissions of criminal activity, declarations of intent to commit a crime, or descriptions of recent criminal activity are expressly forbidden.
  
  
• Disclosing of any sort of personal information about someone else is prohibited, even if it is available elsewhere on the net.
  
  
• Public Trading on any forum is strictly forbidden at this time.
  
  

Accounts:

• Only one account per person is normally allowed. Multiple accounts are subject to deletion at the discretion of the Administrators.
  
  
• Accounts that become inactive due to neglect are subject to deletion at the discretion of the Administrators.
  
  
• DO NOT EMAIL ME WITH REQUESTS FOR LOST PASSWORDS!!! If you lose your password, there is a password retrieval option at the login page. Your lost password will be automatically emailed to your registered email address. That is why it is important to have a valid email address!
  
  

Discussions:

• Discussion is generally permitted about plant- or animal based entheogens. Entheogens are generally accepted as being something which manifests the divine, within.
  
  
• Do NOT ask anyone how you, personally, should use an entheogen. You CAN, however, ask and talk about how entheogens are used in general.
  
  
• Do NOT post regarding research chemicals, or sources of research chemicals. The focus of Edot is plant based entheogens.
  
  
• Discouraged are discussions relating to marijuana (which already has numerous Web sites devoted solely to its discussion.)
  
  
• Each forum may have rules which apply in addition to the rules listed here. In the event of a contradiction, you shall refer to these rules by default.
  
  
• EDot is an Ad-Free Zone; please do not post links or banners to commercial sites. Information for vendors can be found here. Discussion of commercial suppliers is permitted in the Vendor's Forum only.
  
  
• Do NOT incriminate yourself or others.
  
  
• EDot is for the discussion of entheogen theory; make sure your questions, stories, etc. are worded in a hypothetical/ theoretical context.
  
  
• Please try to post in the appropriate forum.
  
  
• Cross-posting the same message in two or more forums is prohibited.
  
  
• Flames of any sort should be kept in the Flame Pit.
  
  
• The administrator(s) reserve all rights and privileges with respect to this forum. While we extend these forums to you to use as your own, adherence to these rules will allow us to get along much easier. If you do not adhere to these rules, you will summarily leave with a rather large boot affixed to your ass. Promise. ;)
  
  
• The administrator(s) reserve the right to ban repeat offenders, as well as those persons who obviously post with malicious intent and forethought. Please report any violations of this to:

• Additionally, good netiquette is recommended. This involves treating others as respectfully as you would like to be treated, as well as making an attempt to practice relatively decent grammar and to avoid typing in all caps. Good netiquette, while not necessarily mandatory, may increase the chances of a response to your questions and requests.

• Do NOT email us with requests for entheogen information!
  We will delete them! If you have a request for information - go to the forums and post your request.
  
  
• If you have a membership question, write MEMBERSHIP in the subject line of the email and state your question.
  
  
• If you have a link request, write LINK in the subject line of the email and send us the link.
  
  
• If you have a violation of the rules you wish to report, write VIOLATION in the subject line of the email and send it to violations@entheogen.com
  
  
• If you have an article that you want to submit, write ARTICLE in the subject line of the email and send us the article.
  
  
• ALL other emails WILL BE DELETED. I won't even look at them, so don't bother!
